RETURN POLICY
JOX allows 30 days from the shipment date to return any regular-priced items purchased directly from www.jox.shoes.
Shoes must be unworn, free of outdoor wear or visible damage, and returned in their original packaging, including the original JOX shoe box. We recommend trying your JOX on indoors on a carpeted surface. All originally included materials and accessories should be returned with the shoes.
Shoes with signs of outdoor wear, damage, alteration, or visible use, or shoes returned without the original shoe box, cannot be accepted. Shoes not purchased from www.Jox.shoes must be returned through the original retailer, and that retailer’s return policy will apply.
Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned.
Returns that do not comply with this return policy may not be eligible for a refund or could result in a restocking fee up to 50% of the item price.
Note that an item cannot be sent back to you after it has been returned.
How To Initiate A Return
Start your return online: Go to your Order History within your account within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns for store credit may be accepted after 60 days in limited circumstances, please contact for assistance. Guest accounts are only eligible for returns within 60 days.
Choose refund option: You will be presented a refund option of store credit or original form of payment. Guest accounts will only be eligible for refunds to the original form of payment.
Pack up your items: Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. No labels or tape on product packaging.
Drop off your package: Select your preferred UPS return method (download QR code or print label), then place items in a shipping box and drop the return package at a UPS location.
When You'll Receive Your Refund
FAST REFUNDS: For eligible orders, your refund will be issued once dropped off and scanned by the return carrier.
Eligible refunds are issued immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours for store credit. Some financial institutions may take up to 10 business days. After Pay may take up to 20 business days and PayPal up to 30 business days.
Refunds for some customers can take up to 30 days. Returns that do not comply with our return policy may not be eligible for a refund or could result in a restocking fee up to 50% of the item price.
Guest checkout customer refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
Afterpay refunds will be issued only up to the amount paid at the time of return.
If JOX has not received items for which a refund was issued, a warning email will be sent at 30 days as a reminder of the potential charge. After 45 days, a charge for the unreturned items may be applied to the original form of payment.
